In the basement there is also a small TV lounge without windows so ideal, a small relaxation room with fireplace to warm up and read.

The gazebo is very large and fenestrated on all 4 sides located on a very large patio at ground level. Several fruit trees, two small gardens, an outdoor fireplace and a BBQ area. Access to the bathroom directly from outside, which is perfect when organizing a meeting with friends outside.

What can we say about the garage that is separate from the house, at the back of the yard. It is insulated with an electrical input of 100 A. A mezzanine accessible with a staircase. Some work remains to be done, however it is ideal for the handyman or for doing mechanical work as well. The doors have been modified, but the garage door frames still exist.

Currently there is a temporary fence on the perimeter of the backyard in order to keep our love ball (a female akita).
