Warm open concept house with cathedral roof. Sunny and maintained with care. Tribute wood stove (soapstone) in the living room on the ground floor. Basement completely finished with large rooms including a family room. Lots of storage space.
Sunny courtyard all day. Outdoor landscaped, swimming pool with salt system and heated with heat pump. Enough space for vegetable garden and playground. Large patio adjoining the dining room and patio door allowing easy access to the pool. Mature trees including lilac and birch, very few leaves to pick up in the fall.
Roof redone in 2014, bathroom renovated in 2017, water heater changed in 2016 as well as the floor covering of the family room and stairs. Patio door new in 2019, kitchen renovated in 2020. (photo of the new kitchen coming).

Chaleureuse maison à aire ouverte et toit cathédrale. Ensoleillée et entretenue avec soins. Poêle au bois Tribute (pierre de savon) au salon du rez-de-chaussée. Sous-sol complètement aménagé avec de grandes pièces dont une salle familiale. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement.
Cour ensoleillée toute la journée. Extérieur aménagé, piscine avec système au sel et chauffée avec thermopompe. Suffisamment d'espace pour potager et aire de jeux. Grand patio attenant à la salle à dîner et porte patio permettant facilement l'accès à la piscine. Arbres matures dont lilas et bouleaux, très peu de feuilles à ramasser à l'automne.
Toiture refaite en 2014, salle de bain rénovée en 2017, chauffe-eau changé en 2016 ainsi que le recouvrement de plancher de la salle familiale et des escaliers. Porte Patio neuve en 2019, cuisine rénovée en 2020. (photo de la nouvelle cuisine à venir).
