Very well maintained, solarium with superb views every season, beautiful landscaping, flat land with 15 X 20 patio, 21 foot pool and shed with electricity. Quality construction. Located in a peaceful and family area. Close to a park, bike and pedestrian path and a public transport stop. 10 minutes from the CHUS and Hotel Dieu.
Single storey house. On the ground floor: Open concept living room, kitchen and dining room with lots of light. BIS brand wood fireplace that meets EPA standards. The floors are hardwood (cherry) as are the cabinets. Quartz and marble agglomerate countertops. A bathroom with a hot tub and 2 jet systems.
Heated floor: kitchen, solarium and electric baseboards. Also heated floor in the basement except workshop. The air conditioning unit in the solarium also serves as a heating system.

Maison plain-pied. Au rez-de-chaussée : Salon, cuisine et salle à manger à aire ouverte avec beaucoup de luminosité. Foyer au bois de marque BIS et conforme aux normes EPA. Les planchers sont en bois franc (merisier) de même que les armoires. Comptoirs en quartz et aggloméré de marbre. Une salle de bain avec bain à remous et 2 systèmes de jets.
Plancher chauffant cuisine, solarium et plinthes électriques. Également plancher chauffant au sous-sol sauf atelier. L'unité de climatisation dans solarium sert aussi de système de chauffage.
