Renovation on the EXTERIOR BUILDING. (2012) Insulation in the attic, Railing new on all the galleries in frontage and side.
(2012) In BASEMENT, insulation of walls, laying of gypsum sheets on all new walls and windows. Complete change on all three levels of electrical wiring. Complete change on the 3 levels of plumbing (copper and PVC) and the main water inlet. Natural gas heating system and new boiler. New hot water tank (2020). (2014) new front galleries on both levels and new flat roof with elastomer coating. New railing for indoor and outdoor cellar descent. ANTI-FIRE steel door from the inner cellar descent into the ground floor dwelling.
