Beautiful semi-detached house in a peaceful neighborhood in Fleurimont. It offers an open space concept on the first floor and 4 bedrooms, with a big walk-in in the master's bedroom, as well as a double wardrobe in the other bedroom on the second floor. The basement is partially finished. Only the family room ceiling is yet to be done.
The backyard is South oriented, which allows sunlight throughout the day, to spice up the pool days. It has a 16 X 10 patio. There also is an RV electric outlet next to the asphalt driveway.
The property is only 5 minutes away from the CHUS Fleurimont, and 2 minutes from the Julien Ducharme center, which brings you closer to festivals in the summer. It's also near the 610 highway.
