Wonderful condo on the 2nd floor of a condominium building located in a quiet area close to all services.
This condo built in 2013 offers 2 large bedrooms and an office that can be converted into a 3rd bedroom if needed.
The living room, kitchen and dining room have an open concept with beautiful windows which allow natural lighting all day long.
Maintenance and upkeep have been done in the past years. The heat pump was changed in 2020 as well as the water heater in 2022.
The property is located near a bike path, two parks within walking distance as well as close to groceries and pharmacy. The building is well maintained by the co-owners.
