Ft., 146 feet of frontage to a depth of 95 feet, a large wooden patio with a surface area of 16/20, a concrete in-ground pool 32 feet heated heat pump 135,000 BTU, wooded area 6 mature trees on an area almost 5,000 sq. ft. and gives us shade when needed. It is with a little regret that we offer our house because for us the house is too big, the ideal case for a small family.
