Owners’ comments
Beautiful semi-detached up-to-date with garage, close to all services, in a premium and quiet area (north of Sherbrooke). Newly remodeled kitchen with a large island. Very well soundproofed. Three bedrooms and the possibility of a fourth.
Light fixtures included except the one in the dining room and superior quality window coverings included. Sunny and intimate backyard (surrounded by cedar and two mature trees). The asphalted courtyard can accommodate 3 cars. Lots of storage.
