Nice townhouse contemporary type established in a wooded and peaceful area. Built in 2017, this unit offers an APCHQ warranty until 2022 and a completely landscaped yard.
On the ground floor, you will find a very large open area where the lounge is located and a most convivial kitchen. Very bright house. The kitchen offers ample storage space with a central island. The living room is equipped with a mural a/c to enjoy the hot summer evenings. The bathroom has a separate bath and an umbrella shower. You will find two bedrooms, there is room for a 5th bedroom, well fenestrated with superior soundproofing.
