Owners’ comments
This magnificent two-story house is located in a quiet and wooded area, close to all services, as well as two elementary schools. It's water and sewers services are from the city. It's construction, loaded with with character, was built in 1997 on a generous lot, now intimate thanks to it's hedges of more than 12 feet high. The 12x12 shed is on a ciment base Three patios are there for optimal relaxation. The Crescent road on which the house is located allows an ideal and safe neighborhood environment. The neighborhood is ideal and friendly. Outdoor enthusiasts appreciate that it's within walking distance to several trails, including cross-country skiing nearby. Bycycle paths are also close by .
Built on two floors, its basement is foam sprayed for insulation and semi-finished. The basement also has a independant staircase equipped with a fire door and has an entrance through the garage, giving access to the garage and outside.
