In the very desirable village of Sutton in the wine region of the Eastern Townships, this remarkable four-bedroom single-family house offers unexpected surprises. It has a country atmosphere, yet is connected to the municipal water & sewage system. The spacious backyard adjoins an open agricultural field facing west and enjoying spectacular, vivid sunsets. The lot, framed with mature trees, has a very large productive vegetable garden while also providing ample land to extend the house with additional rooms, build a detached garage, or a cabin in the back yard.
The adjoining garage conversion provides a huge high-ceilinged studio or family room with front & back entrances and a separate bar/kitchenette. It has two lofts a queen-sized bed area and dedicated staircase and a double for additional storage.
