This all-brick house (addition of a vinyl clink garage) offers rooms of appreciable size and beautiful natural light, even in the basement where there are full-size windows as well as an independent entrance overlooking the backyard. An outdoor relaxation area, sheltered from bad weather and with adjustable light, has also been provided at this location (adjacent to the spa).

We are selling because an opportunity on the water's edge has recently presented itself to us. Otherwise, both the house and our neighbors as well as the neighborhood were perfect.
