Owners’ comments
Superb large residence with an authentic and unique style. The view from the front is indescribable, a daily show of beauty, as the sun or the moon rise on the sea.
You can admire the whales frolicking in the sea throughout the day. From the rear you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets, whose reflections in the sky are amazing as the sun slowly sets on the majestic mountains of the Park Forillon.
In the recent years the house has undergone many improvements and renovations, including a reverse ozone water filtration system for the drinking water and a new 60 gallon hot water tank. These renovations were done professionally.
The house also has a recent installed slow combustion wood stove with a small heater.
