Splendid  cottage on the shore of  «Lac au Diable ». The lac is located 13km away from the «Ste-Madelaine» village of the Madelaine river.

 

The lake is 3km by 800m and is surrounded by only 35 other cottages. Its accessible during winter time by a provincial snowmobile trail. Possibility to be a part of an owner association giving the possibilty to have a watcher during the summer, a surveillance during the winter and a fishing access to three differents lakes nearby.

 

The cottages facing is made with sheet metal and wood while the roof is only made of sheet metal. Theres a brand-new water-heater working on propane gas, two Danby refregirators and a stove (powered by wood or propane). Theres also a satellite TV antenna.

 

It can be powered by a solar panel (260W equiped with a «Sun Tracker» directed by a satellite and comes with 6 new batteries to keep the solar power) and two gas generators. The cottage is lit by a propane and electric lighting system.

 

Perfect place for moose hunting (comes with a very usefull stash for cover), fishing and, most importantly, relaxation. Just 5km away from the «ZEC Madelaine» (salmon fishing).

 

Sold with furnitures, a 16 ft. wide pontoon with a 4 strokes Yamaha outboard motor, a fishing boat powered by a 3.5 strokes outboard motor or an electric motor.
