Owners’ comments
In Charlemagne, beautiful and large two bedroom condo with two parking spaces, gas fireplace and BBQ connected to the network. Large sun terrace garden level and full size windows. Well divided, it has large rooms and several storage spaces.
-A ground floor level. The condominium is tastefully decorated. The rooms are bright thanks to their abundant fenestration. It offers versatility and convenience. In addition to the gas fireplace and the BBQ connection, there is also an air conditioning unit.
-The living room and the dining room are converted into an open concept. Adjacent to the dining room, there is the kitchen with lots of cabinets, double sinks and a nice ceramic backsplash. There is a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Both bedrooms are good size and the master bedroom has a double closet.
-In addition to storage spaces in the condo, there is also a shed outside.
-The building has two entrances, one in the front and one in the back that allows you to quick access to your car. The common areas are impeccable and the land is maintained and landscaped.

- Hard to find more peaceful. The street is not busy and it is a family area. Citizen services are in the spotlight at Charlemagne. At the corner of the street there is a pharmacy.
