Ideal location! Waterfront on a lake with motor boats. 

Equipped with a permanent birch dock and the boat can be put in the water directly.

  • The first floor, has an exterior entrance from the front patio
  • The land is slightly sloped and as such, this floor is completely out of the ground and has a patio door and is not buried in like a basement
  • The second floor has two entrances, one from the second front patio and one from the back. The first flrro has a full bathroom and was intended to have a kitchen (plumbing done)
  • This floor can continue to serve as part of the house or be reconfigured as inter-generational
  • We currently use the bedroom of this floor as a billiard room since we did not need a fourth bedroom
  • The third floor has a huge master bedroom of 18x18 and a private full bathroom
  • A second room with a walk-in is on this floor along with an office corner in front of a large window
  • New sceptic tank installed October 2018

The property has two distinct lots, each having an acquired right to build so you can eventually build a second house or sell one of the lots.

The foundation was done in 1998 but the house was renovated in 2014 to add a second floor, build a garage and redo the interior and exterior and a new roof, etc... A little more than $100,000 spent on renovations (receipts available)
