Property by the river, without risk of flooding. POSSIBILITY OF MAKING A BI-GENERATION. 2009 construction with top quality materials. Key in hand. The view and the windows make it a dream home. Large rooms with lots of storage. The elevated basement with a large patio door and large windows and ceiling at 8 feet, is fully landscaped and very bright.
