Magnificent waterfront property built in 2019 in the heart of nature at Entrelacs in the beautiful Lanaudière region on the Montée du Cerf estate. It borders Lac Drummond, near its junction with Lac Lafontaine.  There are hiking trails on the estate.

This is a two-story house. The first floor is open-plan with a 20-foot cathedral ceiling, a huge 9-by-4-foot kitchen island, and a fireplace in the center of the room. It's the perfect place to entertain and gather your loved ones.

On the garden level are the bedrooms and the master bathroom, which features a heated floor.

The charm of this home lies mainly in its generous luminosity. There are four patio doors and large windows facing the lake. The property is surrounded by trees.

There are two terraces, one on the first-floor balcony measuring 32 feet by 10 feet. Another terrace is further down the property with an outdoor fireplace perfect for both summer and winter.
