Owners’ comments
Spacious Bi-generational property in Entrelacs situated between Chertsey and l'Estérel and about 12 km from Ste-Marguerite du lac Masson. The house stands on 1.13 acres (49,362 square feet) of land in a very calm and picturesque area just outside the village of Entrelacs (2.5 km). In the village, you can find a Caisse populaire ATM machine, Gas station, Richelieu super market, City Hall, Rona and a covered bridge. There are four buildings .
Description of buildings:
1- A bungalow consisting of a 5 1/2 and a 3 1/2 (renovated) with an exterior entrance . The 5 1/2 has new windows, a whirlpool bath and a fireplace. The 3 1/2 is ground level (not underground) so there is no humidity. The foundation is in cement blocs.
2- A 28 foot by 25 foot double door insulated garage with a cement foundation and drain. It has running water,electricity and garage door openers. (garage is less than 10 years old)
3- A small 2 storey house (19' x 15') insulated and has electric heating. I presently use it for storage but can easily be transformed into a guest house)
4- A mini barn or shed (17' x 12') with attic and firewood storage area.
Water Supply:
Artesian Well (pump, motor and control box are new) with water filtration system. Water test was done and water is perfectly clear with no parasites, no odor and no sulfur
Sewage system:
750 gallon septic tank and is compliant with city norms. Tank was recently inspected by a professional and is in perfect condition. (report at hand) Sewage field is also in perfect condition. There is a second sewage field behind the garage.
Access to lakes:
You have a public access to Lac des Iles (navigable)(gas motors allowed)(public beach with lifeguard) as all residents of Entrelacs have, but you also have a notarized access to a private trout lake (Lac Patrick) which is situated about 250 meters away. (navigable and gas motors allowed)
Exterior Parking:
Large and long driveway where you can park about 15 cars.
There is also a huge deck that can accomodate a 27' out of ground swimming pool.
