Very bright and spacious bungalow, open area, on the edge of the l'Assomption River.
Several open spaces: Living room, dining room and kitchen; family room upstairs and office. Many large windows.
3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 in the basement, TV room in the basement (possibility of extra bedroom). Beautiful basement with 8 foot ceiling, recessed lighting and laminate flooring.
