Très grande fenestration dans tous les appartements. Chaque appartement possède de grands garde-robes. Nouveau plancher à la grandeur de la maison. Cuisine impeccable, armoires en bois avec un îlot en bambou.

Nouvelle porte d'entrée (2015), fenestration en très bonne condition (2005) ainsi qu'une toiture en très bon état (2009). Les unités de chauffage ont d'ailleurs été changées pour des convectairs question d'économiser un peu plus.

Le sous-sol  de service (6 pieds de haut) qui a été complètement réisolé. Beaucoup de place de rangement.

Chauffe-eau date de 2002, très bon état.
