Nice condo located a few minutes' walk from the train station, in a peaceful area, in front of the park. Freshly renovated, painted, new floor plinths and frames changed. Terrace with barbecue area and large outdoor storage with sun all day. A large French door gives access to the living room and dining room with lots of light. Functional kitchen and good size bedroom with double wardrobe. Private entrance and parking space.

Maintenance of the air exchanger and the dryer outlet was recently done.

Easy access to highways 640 and 25, bike path close.
