Nice condo located on the grounds of the ''du lac de la Seigneurie du Chene'' with views of a lake and fountain, located on the 1st floor in a 3-story building. Features an elevator going to all floors in a 12 unit building.
The entrance is finished in ceramic and joins the kitchen that features 22 melamine white cupboards, 3 big drawers and 4 standard size, 6 plug outlets, one of them features a dimmer. The counter is finished in arborite Valencia and is gray as well the central island and wall cabinets are finished in gray ceramic. Single sink in the kitchen with a stainless steel storage and faucet that has a vegetable wash option. Stainless steel oven hood.
The bathroom consists of a large arborite Valencia gray vanity, a podium ceramic gray bath,a separate ceramic shower with glass door and acrylic base measuring 24"x 48", the shower head can be ajusted to different heights. The sink is on the counter and the toilet is elongated style.
