Owners’ comments
Beautiful 4-plex, 2005 construction, in a quiet area near the Parc du Grand-Coteau Mascouche. The 2 top apartments are 4 1/2 on 2 floors with very high brightness. Having the rooms upstairs, the ground floor is fully open from one end to the other. There are windows at the front, at the back, and on one side, with access to the rear balcony. For the basement, there are 2 apartments with one bedroom (3 1/2) Having a concrete construction, the basement is very quiet. Several windows and patio door giving access to the balcony. The front door and the patio door of the 4 apartments are key, donated parking is easy to pass from the back and enter directly into the kitchen. All apartments have access to a balcony in the course. All apartments have their own counter and no counter owner is needed since all the accommodations have their front door. The parking entrance is shared with the neighboring building, which greatly simplifies entry and exit.
