Owners’ comments
Very nice and well maintained 1960 bungalow on a street corner, with lots of renovations like: roof, windows, insulation, brick on four sides, front and back doors too. Very quiet area with a nice 30 x 95 feet backyard with two decks and mature trees.
It's got a heated floor in the bathroom and hardwood floors in almost all the rooms on the first level.
It has an easy access to the highway, shopping center, grocery, park, school, church and much more. This house offers many possibilities.
Included in the price are: stove, refrigerator, freezer, washer / dryer, dishwasher, a microwave with fan integrated and a alarm system, these items are all without a legal waranty.
