Owners’ comments
Quality in the details!
First and only owner of this unit since its construction (good knowledge of the history of the building). Quality materials used during interior finishing. All the improvement and prevention work on the building was done - turnkey! Lots of storage, very quiet building, excellent cohabitation between the co-owners and sound management of the provident fund and common expenses.
Negotiable inclusions (ex .: chandeliers, dishwashers, other). Reason for the sale: smaller search.
