Superb condo THREE BOOVES upscale on the top floor of a building of 12 units of condos , spread over 3 floors. Exceptional soundproofing ! Possibility of occupancy very fast . To see! It is a very bright corner unit , in the most luxurious building of those forming part of the horizontal condominium. Whose luck! This 3 bedroom condo is exceptional on several levels.
The exterior of the condo unit :
P.O. Boxes are inside the entrance hall of the building, which is advantageous. The inner hall is locked. There is a very nice spacious elevator that allows you to go to the garage and the 3 floors. There are also two interior stairs, requiring the key to access them; one at the front of the building, the other facing the rear door. The condo unit is located at the back of the building, allowing to enjoy a great tranquility on a very large roof terrace . There is an indoor parking space, in the common garage. The garbage and waste bins are installed in the garage, allowing easy access to them at all times. In front of the parking space in the garage, we have a large storage space of 10 feet by 5 feet 5 inches.
Condo unit :
This superb upscale condo is very sunny and it is good to live there. All rooms are good dimensions and have high ceilings (9 feet high). The condo benefits from exceptional soundproofing. We never hear neighbours, neither daily nor at receptions. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a bathroom with bath, shower and two sinks, a shower room (with washer and dryer) and a very large custom-made wardrobe. There is also the living room with natural gas fireplace and the dining room, both with a cathedral roof. The kitchen is equipped with a large amount of cabinets and is very functional. It is always nice to cook there. On the mezzanine, in addition to having access to a very large open room, there is also a spacious 3rd bedroom, illuminated and which benefits from a very pleasant soundproofing quality. The condo is equipped with central systems for natural gas heating, humidity controland air conditioning. There is an alarm system that is connected to a power plant. All hot water tanks in the building were changed in 2014.
It should be noted that all dimensions are approximate. The administrative and maintenance affairs of the building are exceptionally well held and there is a very good agreement between the co-owners.

L'extérieur de l'unité de condo :
Les boîtes postales sont à l'intérieur du hall d'entrée de l'immeuble, ce qui est avantageux. Le hall intérieur est verrouillé. Il y a un très bel ascenseur spacieux qui permet d'aller au garage et aux 3 étages. Il y a aussi deux escaliers intérieurs, nécessitant la clé pour y avoir accès; un à l'avant de l'immeuble, l'autre donnant sur la porte arrière. L'unité de condo se situe à l'arrière de l'immeuble, permettant de jouir d'une grande tranquillité sur une très grande terrasse avec toiture. Il y a une place de stationnement intérieur, dans le garage commun. Les poubelles de déchets et récupération sont installées dans le garage, ce qui permet d'y avoir accès facilement et en tout temps. Devant la place de stationnement dans le garage, nous bénéficions d'un grand rangement de 10 pieds par 5 pieds 5 pouces.
L'unité de condo :
Ce superbe condo haut de gamme est très ensoleillé et il y fait bon vivre. Toutes les pièces sont de bonnes dimensions et ont de hauts plafonds (hauteur de 9 pieds). Le condo bénéficie d'une insonorisation exceptionnelle. Jamais nous n'entendons les voisins, ni au quotidien ni lors de réceptions. Il y a deux chambres à coucher au rez-de-chaussée, une salle de bain avec bain, douche et deux lavabos, une salle d'eau (avec laveuse et sécheuse) ainsi qu'une très grande armoire de rangement faite sur mesure. On retrouve également le salon avec foyer au gaz naturel et la salle à manger, tous deux avec un toit cathédrale. La cuisine est munie d'une grande quantité d'armoires et est très fonctionnelle. Il est toujours agréable d'y cuisiner. Sur la mezzanine, en plus d'avoir accès à une très grande pièce ouverte, on retrouve aussi une 3e chambre à coucher spacieuse, éclairée et qui bénéficie d'une qualité d'insonorisation très agréable. Le condo est muni de systèmes centraux de chauffage au gaz naturel, de régulation de l'humidité, ainsi que de climatisation. Il y a un système d'alarme qui est relié à une centrale. Tous les réservoirs d'eau chaude de l'immeuble ont été changés en 2014.
Il est à noter que toutes les dimensions sont approximatives. Les affaires administratives et d'entretien de l'immeuble sont exceptionnellement bien tenues et il y a une très bonne entente entre les copropriétaires.
