Based near the St-Lawrence River in a quiet town, this lovely house has a lot to offer. Well-equipped with a garage, central vacuum, inground pool (see pictures - liner of pool replaced in july 2016) a fireplace, heated floor in the main bathroom, beautiful podium bath and shower walls are covered with ceramic tiles and there is a fireplace as well in the living room.
Note that the kitchen fan (high quality stainless steel fabrication), dishwasher (Kitchen-Aid also stainless), curtains and fixtures are included in the price of the house.
