Bi-generation in accordance with city regulations, built in 2011 in a quiet area, large lot with no rear neighbors, quick possession.

In the other unit, Kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room and a bedroom.
A nice 4-season solarium is fitted out for moments of relaxation or moments with the family, one of the apartments with a brand new floor of very good quality. The parking lot can accommodate about 7 cars, possibility of finishing the basement and thus doubling the living area.
