Superb stone bungalow and canexel, located near a wooded crossing and near the A25 and A640 highways. Also near the commuter train station and bus terminal. A bus transportation system is operational in the area. Energy Certificate received in 2018 + EnerGuide Certificate. The heating and air conditioning system is forced air (heat pump, humidifier and furnace changed in 2018). Cabinets are made of cherry wood and granite countertops. 9 ft ceilings.
