Charmant condo 4/2 , doté de deux (2) chambres ( avec une grande penderie dans les 2 chambres) une penderie plus petite entre le salon et cuisine, 1 espace de rangement à l'extérieur, un stationnement extérieur déneigé. Il y aune bonne complicité avec les voisins qui sont sympas. L'immeuble est très bien entretenu. Les balcons seront changés ce printemps, le toit des cabanons vient d'être refait.
Ce charmant condo est situé dans une rue tranquille, la rivière des Milles Îles sur laquelle vous pouvez y faire du kayak et autres, n'est vraiment pas loin, pour ceux qui aime marcher il y a de belles promenades à faire. Il est proche des autoroutes et des services, sans les inconvénients du bruit.
