Spectacular view of the river! Waterway access to the river! City in front, countryside in the backyard! This property cannot be done justice with the pictures, a visit is a must!

The very large land for the neighborhood has more than 300 feet on the river. The property being high compared to the water, this gives an incredible view and no risk of flooding! The entrance to the house is also surprising: open area on the living room, the dining room, the bistro corner (dinette in the room descriptions) and the kitchen giving a room (with 2 steps in the middle) 48 feet wide by 24 feet! All with splendid views of the river and pool.

3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms in the basement allow for big family! For now, a bedroom on the first floor is used as walk-in closet to the master bedroom, but could go back to a bedroom without work! The office is accessible from the outside (pool side) and by the master bedroom, it also has a view of the river.

The backyard, extremely private with view on the river. Pool was just upgraded with a new pool liner.  The air conditioning system was just repaired with new parts on the main components.

Within walking distance of restaurants, markets, pharmacy and others.  Also well positioned between Highways 13 and 15 easily accessible in the Laurentians and Montreal.

Half of the surface was built in the 1950s and the other half added in 2002.

The city evaluation is from 2015 and will be revised in the near future.  National Bank paid an independent value assessment in 2019, available on request.
