Super nice home in Boisbriand 2 min from highways 13 and 15 and 640, very peaceful area, windows all new in 2016 and roof all done in 2015. Private backyard and private balcony of 12' x 14'. 2 private parking with 8 spots very rare. Moving date needs 1 week notice.
