Owners’ comments
Bungalow maintained with love since 1986 by a single owner. This property offers you several opportunities by its location as well as by the size of its land.
When you arrive in front of 48 Canton Road in Brownsburg-Chatham, you will see, at first glance, a very well maintained building, and grounds. You will observe a residence having a complete coating of stone and brick, a solage of poured concrete, a freshly redone roof (2018) as well as a large ground bypassing the property (9978pi2). A parking that can accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles and a ¨car porch¨ attached to the residence offering another parking shelter from the weather. A functional shed is installed behind the property simplifying seasonal storage.
Arriving on the ground floor, you will see an open area supporting the kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen is lined with oak cabinets, a ceramic backsplash, and laminate countertops. At the end of the dining room, separated by a wooden ramp wall, you will come across a living room big enough to give way to the imagination of the layout. The three previous rooms are lined with large windows giving way to a natural brightness most enjoyable. The floor is made of hardwood in full, however, the tarpaulin was installed over the hardwood in the kitchen.
The upper level of the ground floor has three rooms. At both ends of the upper landing, we see the main chamber and the secondary chamber. The two bedrooms are separated by the main bathroom which is composed of a bath with shower included, a toilet and a sink.
The basement has a large open room including a bar and a wood fireplace. Two other rooms are adjacent to the open area. These pieces are currently used for storage. The basement floor is completely made of concrete and the ceiling is a suspended ceiling. In addition, there is a bathroom with washer/dryer entries on a floor of tarpaulin.
