Beautiful condo on the 4th and last floor, with a view of the mountains, wow!
Luxurious, secured building with an elevator & garage as well as superior soundproofing also has a trash and recycle shoot on each floor.
From the moment you walk in the building, you can feel the love &the warm energy from the majestic entrance through the hallways. The building iswell kept and clean, with wonderful neighbours. It sometimes feels as is we were up North on vacation, with the enchanting surroundings comprised of squirrels and birds that keep us company :)

There are other units for sale in other similar buildings, however, if you pay close attention, you will notice that they are smaller and do not necessarily come with 2 parking spaces. The condo fees may even be higher depending of the building.
The layout is very well thought-out and optimized. It is a middle unit which means it offers more space. There is an abundance of storage space throughout the condo.
The balcony is immense, you can easily put a bbq, furniture to lounge and a dining table.
If you are allergic, like me, to animals, my unit is pet & smoke free. However small pets are allowed in the unit.
There is a parking space in the heated garage as well as one available outside.

Many trees with bike paths. Close to many services, banks, grocery stores, gym, hairdresser, restaurants, pharmacy, hospital, walmart, daycare, schools and much more! Amazing if you like taking walks, everything is so close by, even the movie theatre!

I would love to stay but me and my little ones are in dire need of more space so that they can run and be free! I would love to come back to retire here, it's honestly such a beautiful place.
