Really nice house on two floors, very well maintained, located at 4 minutes walk from the train station which gives access to downtown Montreal in 35 minutes.
Located near the bicycle path, primary and secondary schools, shopping center, supermarket, financial institutions.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, bathroom with laundry room as well as the living room of very good dimension with a large fenestration offering sunlight most of the day.
Second floor: You will find a large master room, quite luminous, with a walk-in of 5'6" x 4', two other rooms of good dimensions and the bathroom with independent shower.
Basement: very big multi-purpose living room and a large storage space of 9' x 12', well arranged.
Restoration of roof covering (shingles) in 2010.
Large turfed courtyard with 5' x 8' balcony leading to a patio of 15' x 16' and a 5' X 7' shed with roof remade in 2016.
