Beautiful little country house, located in a quiet environment where nature is present.
In the Grand-Moulin sector of Deux-Montagnes, near a park by the Mille Iles river, very peaceful place and beautiful wooded environment and mature trees.
Proximity to the bike path that goes to the park of Oka and Mont St-Hilaire bike path.
Great location for transportation, Grand-Moulin train station within walking distance, train to downtown in 35 minutes! walking distance from the grocery store, pharmacies, restaurants, elementary schools and daycare.
Renovated in 2014, all exterior cladding redone with Roxul comfort panel insulation. New Energy Star fenestration. The house is comfortable and soundproof. The gutters are new with wire mesh.
