Very nice building with three very well maintained apartments located in a sought-after and peaceful area. Windows and doors were replaced between 2018 and 2020.
Two bathrooms have been completely renovated and brought up to date. The ground floor accommodation has a wall-mounted air conditioner and the upstairs unit has a heat pump (air conditioning and heating).
Quick access to routes 117 and 15 is a very important asset and the proximity of schools (primary and secondary), as well as daycares, are elements allowing the rapid rental of housing in the neighborhood.
