Waterfront property on motorboat navigable lake in Mont-Tremblant! 85 acres with +/-850 feet on Lac Duhamel, one of the best qualities of water of all the lakes in the region. +100' deep, lake trout, bass, and perch fishing, excellent for pontoon, paddleboard, kayak, etc. A dream location, 8 minutes from Tremblant Village and the ski hill, restaurants, boutiques, golf, and other activities, 5 minutes from Saint-Jovite and all its services (groceries, banks, pharmacy, SAQ, medical clinics, etc.). Hydro at the entrance of land, great cell service, and internet. Lakefront living with all of the privileges and commodities of Mont-Tremblant, perfect for home office work, a family domain, or future subdivision. Project plan, forestry analysis, biological survey, and septic plans are all available. Primarily mature hardwood forest.
