Owners’ comments
Very nice property located in a family area on a small road. Close to road axes and highway as well as many services (drug store, supermarket). The property sits on a beautiful flat and well organized land and the backyard is very private surrounded by the forest. A spacious half-moon driveway gives a lot of space for parking many vehicles and you will also find 2 parking spaces in the double garage attached to the house.
You'll also find a very large room on the second floor of the garage that is actually used for storage, but that could be easily insulated for other use. There is also a second storage place for storing in the back of the garage.
An open space area is to be discovered on the first floor. Both the first and second floors have pine wood floors. The property offers a lot of space and luminosity. The second floor and the basement both have 2 bedrooms.
The town of Prevost is in full growth, there's a lot of primary schools and an ongoing request about installing a secondary school in the area.
