SPACIOUS 3 floors Townhouse facing Northwest with 2 balconies and a fenced backyard located on a private street inside the beautiful Albatros project. Albatros community has 4 artificial lakes with walkways to reach kids' playgrounds, a fenced dog park and a visitor parking. This huge open concept townhouse with 9 ft ceiling, 3 bedrooms with a possibility of adding an extra bedroom or living room on the ground floor. Many EXTRAS were added for energy saving and a spacious living (see below).

The main bathroom on the 2nd floor includes a rainfall shower-head and lots of storage. Another full bathroom is possible to be built on the ground floor with toilet and shower plumbing already installed.
