Owners’ comments
Very big house of rural style with open areas, on three levels, basement, ground floor and second floor, with attached garage. The home is totally fitted out. A single neighbor to the right and none to the left and in the back, big wooded ground of 43000 SF, fitted out around the house with perennials, three apple trees, a cherry tree and a garden enclosed of 160 SF.
Possibility of transformation of open areas to accommodate more rooms.
There are two fireplaces. One with convection at the ground floor and another of slow combustion the basement, with a flue of 2000°. The house is equipped with a central vacuum cleaner, an air exchanger, a cedar wardrobe, an internal wood storing, an outside wood dryer, a drinking fountain on the patio and a centralised alarm for fires and intrusions.
Roof done in June, 2013. Wooden floors of the first level redone in 2016 and water heater changed in 2019.
The immediate environment of the house is automatically enlightened, according to clocks and to detectors of light. The front parking welcomes 7 cars.
A patio at two levels in the back, electrified, bind the house and an above ground swimming pool. An outside corner, directly connected to the kitchen is protected from the bad weather and the insects, for the summer period. There is a balcony in front on all the length of the façade (38' + 5' staircase) and a more private balcony of 7.5 ft on the first floor, accessible via the open area of the office part.
