Beautiful large condo, very bright on the ground level. Very quiet neighbourhood with no backyard neighbors.
Two parking spaces in the back, you have access to two entrances; either the main front entrance door, or through the back, where you will walk through a cute three seasons veranda that could be used for anything; maybe even a third bedroom.
A lot of storage (huge storage unit with direct access from the condo)
