Very pretty detached bungalow, style inter-generation style and located in a homogeneous residential area, in the area of Saint-Antoine . Very welcoming home located in a peaceful and family area.

The house is located near the St Jerome terminus, the St Jerome regional hospital, boulevard du Curé-Labelle and the Laurentides highway (A15). This sector benefits from the proximity of all commercial and community services.

Superb fenced backyard. The rear courtyard has a very open and peaceful layout and is served by all public services generally found in the suburbs.

The landscaping in front is redone in 2020, has lawn, a fence, a cedar hedge (on the left side). It is also composed of a concrete front balcony with metal railings.  On the right side of a carport including 2 large storage spaces (recently redone with Canexel).

Parking space for 4 cars. 

The basement contains an independent suite, with a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washer-dryer connection, which can be used for elderly parents or teenage children. Wood fireplace in the basement.

Several renovations have been carried out in recent years - Roof 2023, Kitchen 2016 (new), Doors and windows (between 2015-2022), Roof gutters  and Soffit in 2020 (new),  Carport Storage shed and gate 2022 (new), Basement completely renovated in full in 2014 ($45,000) (except the fireplace), pipes from the city water main to the house (2019). The house is currently rented.
