As income building or as main property, the place will charm you.
Everything was renovated in 2010, including the electricity, the plumbing, the siding, the divisions, and the isolation, as well as the interior finish.
The only thing that was not renovated in 2010 was the structure, the foundation and the roofing (2007-2008).
