Nice condo located on the first floor, well-maintained property located on a small private street, very quiet. This unit is a very good size and has 2 bedrooms, a large open area very sunny (dining room-living room), a bathroom with washer & dryer hidden behind doors. The condo was repainted last spring.
You will have the chance to share this building with young dynamic professionals, who are committed to the good maintenance of the building. Excellent management, a very comfortable provident fund, for years we have also worked hard to see to day-to-day maintenance work in order to maintain good value for our investments.
The fiberglass balconies at the back have all been
repainted this year and those in front of the building should be repainted in the spring.
