Magnificent condo just renovated located in an enchanting setting (private domain Hâvre Citadelle) in Sainte-Adèle. Ideal for a single person or a couple who likes peace, nature and the outdoors. Fits very well in the minimalist movement (mini-houses).
Easily accessible (7 minutes from the highway) this warm and inviting space will charm you! Located less than an hour from Montreal, two minutes from the ski slopes (Mont Chanteclerc) and five minutes from downtown Sainte-Adèle (where there are markets, pharmacies, cinema, banks, SAQ, ). Everything has been thought of to offer its occupant(s) an exceptional quality of life at a more than affordable cost. Close to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and mountain biking trails.
Located on a private domain, this condo surrounded by trees and nature, is a guarantee of tranquility. A beautiful in-ground swimming pool, maintained in the summer, is also available to residents. There are also small paths and beautiful landscaping leading from one building to another. The parking lot, located at the back, is not visible from the condo. Additional Information
The bedroom is located upstairs and is OPEN (on the mezzanine). Adjoining the bedroom, there is a small space to create an office area (always open plan), a full bathroom and a walk-in closet.
There is no bathroom or powder room on the ground floor.
The laundry room can accommodate a stacked washer and dryer. There is also a water heater (belonging to the owner) and storage.
The roof of the building (which contains 6 units) will be redone in spring 2020 (already budgeted and paid) so no additional costs to be expected for this.
The chimney boxes were also redone in 2019.
The windows and the front door are of good quality and in excellent condition (open and close well).
Two storage spaces on the balcony are made available to the buyer, one of which is padlocked.
There are 5 buildings (blocks) on the estate, 3 of 6 units (including this one) and 2 of 8 units, for a total of 34 units. Each block has its own budget and is independent of the others. There is however an association of the 5 blocks for the management of the land and parking lots.
