A paradise for skiers and sportsmen of all kinds!
Bright condo, corner unit with mezzanine, no rear neighbors, private terrace, storage in the basement, outdoor parking. Within walking distance of ski Mont Chantecler, golf, snowshoeing, mountain bike, cross-country skiing and swimming in the river. Five minutes by car from the village (restaurants, cinema, grocery stores, pharmacies, schools, Rona, etc.).
Renovated kitchen, solid bamboo flooring, wood fireplace, whirlpool bath.
Several renovations were made to the building, in the context of a complete renovation plan of the building spead on 5 years (we are the third year of the plan). All amounts require from the unit owner, scheduled in regard of this plan, will be assume by the vendor.
Renovations alerady done: exterior stairs, several doors and windows has been changed and the roof will be redone next summer.
