Owners’ comments
A large house completely renovated, panoramic scenery, natural daylight through windows all over and lots of storage space.
Our property is easily reachable. Located at the heart of the Glen Wexford estate, in Sainte-Adele, 5 km from the center, 4 km from the Laurentian autoroute, less than 1 hour from Montreal.
The house has 12 spacious rooms on 2 floors (4664sf). Our residence is built on a mountainside and the view, from the back, overlooks Mount Baldy (south-west).
We live full time in this residence since 2001 (19 years) and the owners before us occupied the house for 26 years. It is a very comfortable house with a warm atmosphere to which we get attached for a long time.
The neighbourhood is calm, safe and the residents are responsible.
The domain is exceptional with outstanding mountain sceneries.

Major renovations throughout the years since 2001:
Double-space garage 26X32 with a working shop area (2008)
The roof was recovered in autumn 2019.
The kitchen was completely redone in a modern, classic and aesthetic style. The appliances are high-end products.
The pantry (walk-in), all 4 bedrooms and their bathrooms were also renovated.
