Owners’ comments

Superb condo unit with panoramic view located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. Quiet place because only 5 owners and no other immediate neighbors. You will be able to enjoy the activities of the beautiful Laurentians region while having a pied-à-terre halfway between Saint-Sauveur and Tremblant. About an hour from Montreal.

A magical place every season:

 

Spring/Summer: Enjoy access to Pearl Lake for a swim or a pedal boat ride or swim to the floating dock. Quebec Songwriters Festival, Concerts on the Lake and many other activities are nearby (Tyroparc, Alouette cruise, etc.). The large sandy beach of Lac des sables will allow you to practice your favorite water activities. Many small local markets to visit during the summer such as the one of Val-David located about 10 minutes from the condo.

Fall: The colors offer a breathtaking view and will make your hikes on the many surrounding trails even more enjoyable, just outside the condo!

Winter: An ideal place for sliding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or simply enjoying the fire outside. Close to alpine ski centers, the closest being this family ski center, Vallée Bleue in Val David. Festival during the winter in the village of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. Very close to the cross-country ski center at Camping de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.

All year round: Many cultural activities are offered in the village of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts as well as in nearby villages. The condo is located 5 minutes from Le Patriote Theater where your favorite artists will perform for a show. Very close to the famous restaurant Le Petit Poucet which has existed for over 50 years, and plenty of other restaurants and activities, each as interesting as the next!

Useful information:

Large parking lot. 3 bedrooms, 2 with cathedral ceilings, kitchenette, dining room, living room with wood fireplace, 1 full bathroom, 1 powder room. Lots of storage (large wardrobes including a walk-in closet and an outdoor shed). Large patio door with an outdoor terrace on the lakeside to admire the sunset and another, smaller terrace, on the side of the condo entrance where you can have your morning coffee with the morning sun on this side.

Included: possibility of including certain pieces of furniture.

Water: tubular artesian well (+/- 400 ft.). Excellent quality. Regular quality analysis.

Hot water tank changed in 2023.

Plumbing: copper

Electricity: on copper. Complete replacement: input box (200 amp.) and wiring (2021)

Exterior covering redone in 1994

Windows: hybrid aluminum/PVC (2013), except those on the 2nd floor on the lakeside, which are aluminum and date from +/- 1995. Ditto for the patio door.

Roof: roof insulation redone with spray urethane and asphalt shingle (2022)

Independent exterior shed: 8 ft x 12 ft. motel type

Access to optical fiber is planned for the coming months (COGECO).
